Enter commands in chat like !balance

Commands	Description
help	Get general help, or info on a specific command like: "!help balance"
balance bal	Show a user's balance. Argument: <@username> (optional)
match	To see current matchup, type "!match" Moderators can define matches like this: !forcematch <leftplayer> <rightplayer> <map> (optional)
song	Entering it with no arguments shows the current song. Any arg will be search term.
forcesong	!forcesong <song_id> (moderator only) Forces Next song to be that of the song ID. Find Song id by searching the song library using the !song command.
fakebets	adds some fake bets (moderator only)
